3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, meeting deadlines for feedback or approvals, and supplying necessary materials for project completion. Failure to provide these items may affect project timelines and completion.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in each individual client contract. Payments may be required upfront, upon project completion, or at predetermined milestones. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in service delays or cancellation.

5. Intellectual Property

CGF Media Corporation retains ownership of all original content until full payment is received. Upon payment, the client is granted rights to use the content as agreed in the contract. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale of content is prohibited.

6. Confidentiality

Both CGF Media Corporation and the client agree to keep all confidential information private and not to disclose it to any third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

7. Liability Limitation

CGF Media Corporation is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services provided.

8. Revisions and Alterations

Each project includes a set number of revisions as specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions outside of the agreement will incur additional charges.

9. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the agreement in writing. In the event of termination by the client, CGF Media Corporation reserves the right to invoice for work completed up to the termination date.

10. Changes to Terms

CGF Media Corporation may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ontario Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario Canada.
